It has been a wish of the members of the Dutch Air War Studygroup to have all data on aircraft losses, that are somehow related to the Netherlands, available to everybody, and on-line. We finally are able to present the collected and assembled data in a database on-line.
The database on-line remains a work in progress for the time being; it still is not complete, and there is a lot of data not yet entered into the database. But it does show the magnitude of this project, and all that has been achieved so far.
At this moment ( June 2016 ) the database holds some 7000 aircraft registrations, including some 1200 damaged aircraft (mostly German) considered to be repairable and almost 22000 registrations on aircrew.
